- the exact error message or unexpected behaviour;
- the public page URL only when you are comfortable sharing it; and
- the approximate date and time of the request.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, private URLs or confidential client material.

It cannot certify an entire website or comprehensively validate visual rendering, browsers, accessibility, security, performance metrics, analytics, integrations or live form delivery.
