White-label web design · UK agencies

A website design team behind your agency.

Trusted to deliver, behind the scenes

Selected website design

Different clients should not leave with the same website.

A selection of custom website work shaped around distinct brands, audiences, content and commercial priorities.

Design capacity for agency pipelines

A website design team that fits behind yours.

A strong website design is more than an attractive homepage. It needs a clear structure, purposeful journeys, reusable components and responsive decisions that can survive development.

Your agency controls the client relationship and approvals. We work through the current priority behind your brand, communicate during UK hours and prepare a website system your team can confidently present.

White-label website design services

What your agency can hand over.

Start with an approved client brief, or ask us to help turn the available requirements into a clearer structure before visual design begins.

01

Website structure and journeys

We turn the approved brief into a practical sitemap, page hierarchy and user journeys before visual design begins.

02

Wireframes and page planning

Priority pages are organised around content, proof, calls to action and the decisions visitors need to make.

03

Custom responsive UI design

The visual system is designed for the client’s brand across desktop, tablet and mobile—not adapted from an unchanged template.

04

Design systems and handover

Reusable components, states and responsive rules give the approved design a clearer route into WordPress, Webflow, Framer or Squarespace.

What comes back to your team

A considered design system—not a collection of disconnected screens.

01

A clear website structure

The page hierarchy and priority journeys are agreed before detailed design absorbs time and budget.

02

A distinctive visual direction

The interface reflects the client’s positioning, content and audience instead of repeating a generic agency template.

03

Responsive layouts prepared

Key behaviours, components and page patterns are considered across desktop, tablet and mobile.

04

A build-ready handover

Approved designs, components and implementation notes are organised for development by our team or yours.

Website design partnership FAQs

What your agency needs to know.

Practical answers about white-label working, structure, responsive design, revisions, handover and development.

What does white-label website design mean?+

Oncreation designs the client website behind your agency brand. Your agency owns the relationship, commercial direction and approvals; we remain behind the scenes and contact the client only when you authorise it.

Can you work from our client brief and brand guidelines?+

Yes. We review the brief, page requirements, content, brand assets, references and decision-makers before work begins. Missing strategic or content inputs are identified before the delivery clock starts.

Do you design websites from scratch?+

Yes. The page structure and responsive interface are created around the client’s brand, users and commercial goals. References can guide the direction, but the final website is not an unchanged theme or copied layout.

Are wireframes included?+

Wireframes are used when the scope and complexity make them useful. A smaller, well-defined site may move from approved structure into a visual direction, while a larger or content-heavy site generally benefits from more detailed wireframing.

Which design tool do you use?+

Figma is the usual design environment because it supports shared review, components and structured handover. The agreed workflow and file ownership are confirmed before the project begins.

How are design revisions handled?+

Revision support continues while the subscription is active, with one agreed priority being worked on at a time. Consolidated feedback and clear approvals help revisions move efficiently instead of reopening previously approved decisions without context.

Can your team develop the approved website as well?+

Yes. Standard marketing websites can move into WordPress, Webflow, Framer or Squarespace delivery. Shopify, Next.js, ecommerce and complex integrations are reviewed separately because their scope can vary substantially.

Can you hand the design to our internal developer?+

Yes. We can provide the approved page designs, reusable components, responsive treatment and agreed implementation notes. Your developer remains responsible for interpreting and building the handover unless development is included in our scope.

How long does website design take?+

A smaller website generally needs at least seven working days. Larger websites generally need at least fourteen, depending on page variety, content readiness, feedback and approval speed. Timing begins only after the required inputs are ready.

Is website design included in the Website Partner plan?+

Yes. Website strategy, structure and custom responsive UI design can be part of the active delivery priority. Capacity is based on project size and complexity rather than an unlimited number of simultaneous requests.
