Custom WordPress functionality, delivered behind your agency.

Trusted to deliver, behind the scenes

Selected website delivery

Technical work still has to serve the client experience.

Explore websites delivered across different brands, content systems and commercial requirements by the team behind this service.

A technical WordPress partner behind your team

Add the functionality without handing away the client relationship.

Oncreation supports agencies when a WordPress brief moves beyond standard page production. We help turn business rules, integrations and existing-code problems into a technical scope that can be reviewed before development begins.

Your agency remains responsible for the client relationship and commercial approval. We own the agreed implementation workflow behind you, surface risks early and keep release responsibilities visible.

White-label WordPress plugin services

Start with the requirement—not a rushed estimate.

Plugin work can affect security, data and live business processes. The right first step is to define what must happen, where it belongs and how it will be accepted.

01

Custom plugin development

Defined business rules and administrative workflows are turned into a scoped WordPress plugin with ownership, acceptance criteria and release requirements agreed first.

02

Third-party integrations

Connect WordPress with documented APIs, CRMs, payment services or operational tools after authentication, data flow and failure handling are understood.

03

Existing plugin improvements

Review and extend an existing custom plugin where the codebase, dependencies, environments and desired behaviour can be assessed safely.

04

Bug investigation and repair

Reproduce the issue, isolate the cause and confirm a repair route before changing production code or promising an unreliable fixed estimate.

What your agency receives

A clearer technical decision before code reaches production.

01

A defined technical scope

Features, data, dependencies and acceptance criteria are visible before implementation begins.

02

Agency-controlled delivery

Your team retains the client relationship, commercial decisions and final approval.

03

Safer release decisions

Staging, compatibility, permissions, error handling and rollback requirements are reviewed before launch.

04

Clear post-launch ownership

Maintenance, support, documentation and future compatibility responsibilities are agreed at handover.

From requirement to release

Unknowns resolved before they become production risk.

Every stage has a required input and approval point. Timing starts after the information and access needed for that stage are ready.

WordPress plugin development FAQs

What your agency needs to know.

Practical answers about scoping, existing code, integrations, security, pricing and white-label delivery.

What WordPress plugin projects can our agency hand over?+

We can review custom functionality, integrations, administrative workflows, extensions to an existing custom plugin and defined bug investigations. We first confirm whether the requirement belongs in a plugin, the theme or another system.

Can you estimate a plugin from a short client request?+

A short request is enough to begin discovery, but not always enough for a reliable fixed estimate. We need to understand users, business rules, data, permissions, integrations, edge cases and acceptance criteria before confirming scope, timing and price.

Can you work with an existing plugin or codebase?+

Yes, after a technical review. We need repository or file access, environment details, reproduction steps, relevant logs and clarity about who owns the existing code. Remediation recommendations follow what that review reveals.

Do you build public plugins for the WordPress directory?+

Directory submission can be reviewed, but it adds packaging, documentation, licensing, security, support and review requirements beyond a private client plugin. Those responsibilities must be scoped explicitly.

How do you handle security and WordPress standards?+

The implementation considers capability checks, input validation, output escaping, nonces, data access and dependency risks relevant to the agreed feature. The exact review and testing level is documented in the scope; specialist penetration testing is separate.

Is custom plugin development included in the Website Partner plan?+

Small investigations, fixes or defined improvements may be scheduled as the active priority when suitable. Bespoke plugins, complex integrations and high-risk changes require technical discovery and a separate quotation before work begins.

Can you work entirely behind our agency?+

Yes. We can sign an NDA, work through your project system and communicate with the client only when your agency authorises it. Your agency keeps the commercial relationship and final approval.

What is required before development starts?+

We need an approved specification, acceptance criteria, code and environment access, test data, integration documentation and a named decision-maker. Work begins when the inputs required for the current stage are ready.
