05Website case study · Design concept
Explaining a new kind of sleep product through the families it can help.
A product story for an enclosed smart sleep pod, balancing technical explanation with the emotional reality of exhausted families.

The project problem
Introducing an unfamiliar product without losing the human reason it exists.
ZPods is designed for children with sensory or cognitive needs and the families supporting them. The experience needed to explain safety, comfort and smart features clearly, while grounding the product in the everyday problem of disrupted sleep and the hope of calmer routines.
The job was not simply to make a polished website. It was to make the right next step feel obvious.- Primary audience
- Families and support teams
- Conversion priority
- Understand the product and enquire
- Design focus
- Explain safety and technology with empathy
Inside the experience
A closer look at how the story unfolds.

The design logic
Three decisions that shaped the work.
- Decision 01
Opened with the transformation for children and families rather than a list of specifications.
- Decision 02
Organised use cases and benefits into approachable modules for home, school and travel contexts.
- Decision 03
Developed a bright, reassuring visual language and responsive layouts around product education, trust and enquiry.
The outcome
A product experience that makes innovation feel understandable and caring.
The concept creates a structured path from the problem to the product, its applications and its practical benefits. Families can understand what makes the pod different and where it could fit into daily life.
This is presented as design concept work. No live client result or commercial outcome is claimed.
